Anne Celeste Heche - an American actor who was a part of many genres of film TV, theatre and stage - was a well known American. She won numerous accolades including the Daytime Emmy Award for her acting in theater and television. Anne Celeste Heche was an American actor. She died on the 11th of August 2022. Her debut role was that of twins Vicky Hudson & Marley Love in the soap opera Another World from 1987-1991. The actress won an Daytime Emmy Award & two Soap Opera Digest Awards. The latter part of the 1990s saw her gained more attention with her character in the film Donnie Brasco, a crime drama. Anne Lockhart, born Anne Kathleen Maloney in September 1953, is an American actress from the United States. She's best-known as Lieutenant Sheba in the Battlestar Galactica TV series from 1978 to 1979. Lockhart is the grandchild and daughter of actor Gene Lockhart, as well as the actress June Lockhart. Lockhart's professional career started very early. At the age of four, her first acting role was on screen in T is for Tumbleweed. The short film about the subject was chosen for nomination at the Academy Awards. She would spend time working on set along with her mother so she would learn about the nuances of business. Lockhart played in numerous scenes of Lassie. Dora in Jory in 72 was her first movie. The year was 1972 and she turned 18 years old when she played Joan Crawford's daughter Joan Crawford on The Sixth Sense. Joan Crawford's last role as an actor. A popular rumor is that Anne declined the role of Laurie Strode in John Carpenter's horror film Halloween, in 1978. The role was later played by Jaime Lee Curtis. Carpenter claims that he was interested in her but she declined. Anne is unable to remember John Carpenter having contacted her or even offering her the job. It's possible that one of her agents turned down the offer for her reasons without informing her. Glen Larson initially selected her for the role of Battlestar Galactica in 1978. He wrote a rough script. At first, she turned down the part because it was too fragile. Then Glen created a brand new character specifically for her, with an even stronger character called Sheba. After she read the initial 25 pages of the script The Living Legend she accepted immediately. The show lasted for just one season. The actress co-starred on Joyride along with Desi Arnaz Jr., Melanie Griffith (the daughter of Desi Arnaz Jr. and Lucille Bell), Robert Carradine and Melanie Griffith in 1977 and in The Dark Tower with Michael Moriarty (1987).
